Swim At Your Own Risk – No Lifeguard on Duty Acknowledgment and Waiver
(This document supplements the Waiver of Rights, Assumption of Risks, Release of Claims, and Agreement to Indemnify previously agreed to. All terms of that Waiver are incorporated herein by reference.)
The Pool is swim at your own risk at all times. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME, and pool use is inherently dangerous. By using the Pool, you acknowledge and accept that there is no trained lifeguard supervision and that safety is solely your responsibility.
The Pool is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Use of the Pool outside of these hours is strictly prohibited.
You understand that using the Pool without a lifeguard involves significant risk of injury, property damage, and death, including but not limited to:

• Drowning
• Slips, falls, or accidents in or around the pool area
• Malfunction of pool equipment
• No one present to provide assistance in an emergency

Any pool staff or monitors on-site are present solely to enforce pool rules and facility guidelines. They are not lifeguards and are not trained or expected to perform rescue operations or render lifesaving assistance.
By entering the Pool area, you:

• Fully acknowledge and accept all risks associated with swimming without lifeguard supervision.
• Agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors or guests under your care.
• Voluntarily assume all risk of injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of the Pool.

BY ELECTRONICALLY CONSENTING TO THIS WAIVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE POOL, INCLUDING THE ABSENCE OF LIFEGUARD SUPERVISION.
