Facility Access Request Form

The District has transitioned to a new access system. The key fobs are active at this time but will soon be replaced by this system. This current system is being replaced due to hardware degradation and age.

The new system is Avigilon, which is smartphone-based. Access invitations will be sent via email within 1-2 business days of completing the form below. Renters must submit a lease to receive access. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive setup instructions to activate your access.
